How IELTS Mocks subscriptions are billed, delivered, how to cancel, and when a refund applies. By subscribing you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions Are Recurring
IELTS Mocks subscriptions are recurring. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period until you cancel:

You authorise recurring charges at checkout. Razorpay shows the mandate before confirmation. A receipt is emailed after every charge.
How to Cancel
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

IELTS Mocks is 100% digital. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Instant Delivery
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment - typically within seconds.
Full Duration Access
Active for 7, 30, or 60 days from the moment payment is confirmed.
No Hidden Fees
No shipping, handling, or delivery fees. Checkout price = total price.
Because access is delivered instantly and in full, there is no physical return process. Refund provisions in the Return & Refund Policy section govern digital access.

All payments are non-refundable in general. This includes:

How to Request a Refund
Email admin@ieltsmocks.com within 14 days of the charge
Use the email address registered on your IELTS Mocks account
Include the payment date, amount, and a brief description of the issue
We verify the cancellation record and the charge in our system
If confirmed, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Forgetting to cancel does not qualify. If you didn't cancel, the renewal is valid. You can still cancel to prevent future charges.

If you resubscribe later, your test history and results remain accessible with the same account.
Free Tier
IELTS Mocks offers free access to selected practice materials - including the first test in every section and the first full mock test - with no payment required. Because no charge is made, this policy does not apply to the free tier.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Changes apply only to charges made after the update.
By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policy. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
